At Dudeme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before placing it back in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After a quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or Dudeme wallet within 5-7 business days.
